The client felt it important to gauge the work environment from their employee’s perspective. The aim was to help management better understand employee’s thoughts and feelings towards their work environment.
Techsys’ sister company Pure Survey hosted and ran the survey. Due to the intricate nature of the survey and the requirements of the client, it was decided that an online reporting tool would need to be developed. The reporting tool allowed users an in depth into where problem areas were being encountered. The reporting tool allowed for two different types of reports to be drawn, reports based on the different Business Units and Segments, and another showing Supervisor/Manager results.
The report that was developed allowed the reports to be distributed rapidly, efficiently and cost effectively.
