Using this tried and trusted method of marketing, Techsys created a mailer for distribution to the client’s considerable customer database to showcase their latest product offerings. The idea was to create awareness of their new range and to create interest at the same time.
A unique aspect of this mailer was that it was region specific. Certain retail stores had unique items and as a result the mailer had to be distributed on a regional basis (ie. Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban etc.). This was achieved through a new technology which allowed users to select their options in hip and funky manner keeping in line with the Markham brand which is of paramount importance to the client.
The segmentation mailer was extremely successful and allowed Markham to gain greater insights into their customer base.
