Via Afrika, a leading publisher of educational textbooks, required an exciting platform from which to launch a campaign that enabled users to thank their teachers and show their appreciation.
This was achieved by Techsys building a micro-site and mobisite which integrated numerous social media channels. Users could say 'Thank You' to their teachers by using the site directly or through twitter. The messages would (in real time) pop-up and display the messages from their submission sources. The site also includes embedded video for the TV advert of the campaign.
Facebook was also leveraged via the creation of a dedicated app to provide a channel for users to interact with the campaign.
