Sunsation, a half juice-half dairy product manufactured by Namibian Dairies, launched a new pack. In order to raise awareness, generate excitement and bring this to life, the “Flavourite Summer” campaign was launched.
Conceptualised by Namibian agency Weathermen & Co, it strove to communicate to consumers that while it’s the same juice inside, the brand has exciting new packaging. Boasting a grand prize of a family holiday, it is a volume driving and data enrichment campaign complete with bulk SMSes, a two way SMS line, mobi site and Facebook Advertising (all built by Techsys Digital).
Consumers simply needed to SMS in a unique on-product code, and received SMS reply copy with a link to the mobi site which featured a fun slots type game – Pick the lucky flavour. In addition to the grand prize, weekly prizes included mobile phones, boom-cool bags and N$50 airtime vouchers.
