With an objective of generating awareness amongst friends and rewarding members for achieving their fitness goals, the team wanted to move the campaign to digital, so they reached out to innovative agency Techsys Digital to launch Quest on a platform that makes it easily accessible for all Virgin Active members.
Using the latest chatbot technology, Techsys Digital launched the Virgin Active Quest campaign on WhatsApp using the Boomerang bot builder. The campaign takes place as a series of challenges that members can complete each week with an exciting points-based system that rewards members with amazing prizes.
The interactive WhatsApp line allows you to choose your goal and sets you up with challenges where you can earn badges and win big! The WhatsApp menu keeps track of your winnings, shows who the winners are for the month and even allows you to share the WhatsApp line with your friends.
Features include verify members versus non-members, update challenges and tracking winnings to name a few.
The campaign received over a million interactions in its first 10 days!
